After stripping wooden swing set should I clean it with another product before staining?

What does a neutralizer do? Should I use it before I stain? I power washed for hours but it seemed like the stripper was still present in the wood.

White Vinegar.

The Vinegar will help neutralize any effect from the stripping. Additionally, it preps the wood well for ANY further staining, painting or treatment. Just soak a good cotton cloth in Vinegar, rub well, and let dry. I guarantee this works.
